The Vendor Registration and Approval Process
Our onboarding framework is designed to identify and partner with suppliers who share our commitment to quality, compliance, and process-driven manufacturing.

Step 1: Initiation & Information Submission: Prospective vendors initiate the process by submitting comprehensive technical, financial, and operational details through our standardized Vendor Information Form (VIF).

Step 2: Evaluation & Assessment: Our Procurement and Quality Assurance teams evaluate the submission, focusing on material standards, manufacturing capacity, and adherence to certifications (such as ISO or relevant electrical standards).

Step 3: Approval & Integration: Once a vendor successfully clears the evaluation criteria, they are integrated into our official Approved Vendor List.
